What we do
UK Tax Consulting was founded by John Kavanagh CTA ATT FRSA in 2004 as a full service tax consultancy and advisory firm, advising private and business clients alike, and assisting other professional advisers to provide the best possible tax advice to their clients.
We cover almost the entire range of tax advisory services, from Income Tax, Corporation Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, Stamp Duty and Stamp Duty Land Tax to VAT and Insurance Premium Tax.
The firm's main emphasis is on providing tax support to other professionals, including accountants, lawyers, trust companies, offshore corporate service providers, other tax advisers and bankers. This comprises about 90% of our work and fee income, and we are always happy to explore potential new relationships. However, we also provide advice to individuals, trustees, private companies, small and large groups of companies. We have even advised a Fortune 100 bank, as well as the largest broker of securities and derivatives in the Moscow market.
We specialise in helping clients with seemingly intractable tax problems by finding practical, ethical and cost-effective solutions.
